Three nights; Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 7:00 PM for 2 hours.

Relaxation Exercises, Meditation and Breathing Techniques.
Meets 4 weeks, Tuesday and Thursday for 2 hours beginning at 7:00 PM.

Class 13
How to Fight Cerebral Atrophy--Remembering Birthdays, Anniversaries and Other Important Dates and Calling When You're Going To Be Late.
Cerebral Shock Therapy Sessions and Full Lobotomies Offered.
Three nights; Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 7:00 PM for 2 hours.

Class 14
The Stove/Oven--What It Is and How It Is Used.
Live Demonstration.
Tuesdays at 6:00 PM, location to be determined.

 Upon completion of any of the above courses, diplomas will be issued to the survivors.

The Circle of Life

Almost 3 weeks ago some of my best friends had their first child ... a son ... Daniel Thomas (7lbs 3oz)

Yesterday a professor I greatly respect lost his wife (who he obviously loved deeply) very unexpectedly.

On Saturday a good friend of mine is becoming a wife.

What do you do with life? How do we handle life and death in the same moment. How do we let the joy and pain affect us equally and not go completely crazy? What is one to when we live in a world that is so fragile. Who's to say that our next breath won't be our last ... that our next step could bring death ... that our next look at life could be the last one we ever take. Yet we go through life so callously, so casually. Granted ... it wouldn't help us to all be consumed with fear all the time ... we would never be able to do anything. We would never take a risk ... to love, to enjoy, to do anything really ... because everything takes risk.

I'll conclude my thoughts later but as I leave this post (that could be my last) ... I'm really thinking about the Circle of Life and the Sovereignty of God and the call to live every moment as though it were our last ...

... cause even if it isn't we're bound to live a much fuller life.
